Got the chance to join my friend Saturday and fish the East and West Carson River. Had a blast watching him tight line the crap out of 3 or 4 big bows and some 15 odd trout though out the day. We jumped on some tight areas and he hooked me up with an 8' glass rod. This really helped with keeping the hook set and getting in my first brook, along with three other gorgeous wild rainbow trout.
