New Zealand info

Going down to New Zealand to visit family over the holidays. My nephew and I are going to sneak in 2 days of fly fishing in the Rotorua area of the North Island. Two days is not enough for me to drag waders and boots down there. Can anyone give me some info if shops in either Rotorua or Auckland rent this gear? I have not been able to find anyone who does.

Try the Creel Tackle shop in Turangi. I dealt with them on a similar issue a few years ago and they were helpful.
