We spent two days in Havana a few years ago before heading down to the remote southern Cays of Cuba to fish.



In Havana we met some locals fishing from a big sea wall but they did not have a lot of luck.

No Bass Pro Shop there so they have to scrounge for everything.

To give you an idea how poor they are in Cuba they actually refile those throw away plastic BIC lighters.



Hopefully some day they can get rid of the old Communist rule and become a free country.
