This fish was caught at Emigrant Lake over Labor Day weekend. I have been there a few times and find it one of the better backpack lakes in the Sierras. This was one of the first times using the underwater feature of the camera. I found the downside of underwater shots is you can't see the view screen and end up with 5 terrible shots and one good shot. The upside is the fish is not laying in the dirt suffocating while you try to get a photo. There also seems to be less glare underwater so the colors come out good. This fish was caught walking the shoreline, spotting cruisers and casting nymps to them. This fish is about 19.5" .

Change in format
This is a quick call to a change in format of this photo contest.
In light of simplifying things, we are only submitting ONE photograph. It does not matter what camera was used for the photo.
If you submitted more than one photo, please edit accordingly. :D
Hope this helps
