Remember I told you about that no indicator/no lead "traditional" crowd that wanted to start keeping wild fish on the Umpqua?
That is a couple of years old. The fish and game commission voted for it to remain c&r.
I agree it is an old issue. Reading through the page that was linked though, I found many misleading and hard to believe comments. For example
