Lots of fish in the upper river. We floated the lower section and it was a ghost town. Even the bait guys couldn't hook up. Upper river meaning Douglas to Lewiston. Fish were still smashing glo bugs and stones. Went 4 for 8 yesterday all hatchery tomatoes and one small rainbow.
