Does anyone have a feeling for the wind conditions after this storm for the next day or so? I go out of Stockton and no furthur west than Franks.

I have been following wind reports from Oakley through Frank's Tract and toward Stockton for some years. To me, the most reliable is posted on www.lauritzens.com . This is the website for Lauritzen Yacht Harbor located near the Antioch Bridge. Their tidal information is for that area and Frank's Tract is roughly 1' 30" later.
Sounds like winds will die down from now through Wednesday.
