Does anyone out there have an Abel #5, or Super #14, or a Tibor Pacific sitting in their closet gathering dust?
Surely some of you guys went to the salt a few years ago and have never used it since then.

Gonna use it for the blue gills? :D :D :D

Just got a report from Guatamala. There having a good time and wish I could be there hooking up on Sails and Marlin. I'm going to key in on one day sail fishing in Baja this coming season. I already have one guy who wants to do it for the straight 5 days. I told him GOOD LUCK and I'd try to hook him up with a partner. Ya game

As much as I'd like to take a sail down there, no way would I pass up all the dorado and skippies and roosters.

Thanks for all the offers guys.

I've an Abel BG#4 loaded with 50# gel spun which I'm sure will be more than enough reel.
It's just one of those "WANT" things, nothing I really have to have.

Tony: Dave at tradenstuff.com has an Abel #5 w/xtra spool and 350yds of gel spun. nib/warranty for $900. Might be a bit much but he does take trades and negotiates. I've bought/sold a couple of rods with him and always pleasant and "as represented".
