I have your book here...I charged you $5 for shipping but I can't get it shipped by US Postal service or anyone else for less than $8.95 parcel post, $10.37 pirority and $13.50 UPS...

I under estimated the shipping charges...I was good on all the other books except yours but this is 2 pounds...and you are a million miles away :D on the left coast...
