Braved 27 degree early morning temperatures only to get skunked. Returned the last hour of the day and caught & released this very bright and pretty 26" wild steelhead. Note the bead head nymph in the jaw. Rain forecast in Grants Pass from late Wednesday through the weekend. We need it.

You did it again! Another nice Steelhead. Seems like you catch one everyday? Is that Bead Head Nymph all silver? I have been thinking about tying one with fine tinsel chenille and silver bead. Sound like a winner?

Yep, about this time of year, we start seeing picture after picture of gorgeous steelhead Gordon has caught behind his house. Love it! 8) 8) 8)
