We were there in Davis this morning. My wife took the day off work so that she could run the American River with me, but we only made it as far as the Mc Donald’s on Mace. The wind was so strong that it was causing a dust storm between Vacaville and Davis.

Here is the Coast Guard Cell number: 1-707-374-2655

But, I haven’t tried to call the Coast Guard yet with my Cell Phone. I noticed that there are volunteer boaters on the Sacramento River during the weekends with Coast Guard ID, but I have yet to see one out in the Delta. I assume that the Volunteer boaters are on the Marine Band?
