Waterworks just redesigned the Lamson 'Litespeed' and the Lamson 'Velocity'. We just got them all in today. They are light and very high tech looking.

Thank goodness I don't work at the shop any more! Don't get me wrong, I loved working with you all, but I don't think I could afford it. I still have not used my 10#, with the Ross Big Game, or my 12#, with the Lamson Litespeed. My spey rod has sat unused for over two years as well. I now have a problem of a different sort - I started working at REI here in Austin. The employee deals there are rather scary!!!!!!!!

Hi Brett

I have been in this situation sense 1965 when I started working in a really nice high end sporting goods store at the age of 20.

I was a lot like Adam then. I sucked it all up like a sponge and bought so much stuff it was crazy.

We had fishing, guns, back packing and more.

It is hard to resist those special employee deals from the manufacturers, even today.

I'll have some 'old stuff' on the classifieds here soon.
