Aloha, monday we hit E buoy and had it to ourselves. We got a bunch of aku, and small ahi. I got this mahi on a rainy's popper and my TFO bluewater rod. They are so much fun to catch. This one jumped and cartwheeled more than a dozen times. plus they are great eating, tonight it was smoked stuffed mahi-mahi. We are going to tryand get back out on thursday. Wish us luck, Mems.

Thanks for sharing your successes with us Don. Every time I see youve posted something that resembles a report, I get excited :D

I love the thought of being on the high seas in that deep blue water with a flyrod bent to the hilt!!

I'm suprised on how many people know how to speak pidgin in the mainland :) . Good to know that the island culture isn't losing its value. Both sides of my family came from Hawai'i and I have childhood memories of fishing for tilapia in the canals of Oahu :D . One of my favorite places. Keep up the good work Don.

Me ke aloha hau oli e hui ho :)

Looks better than fishing at Watt Avnue?

I would love to be able to bring home a small tuna after work.
