Today I had three different Striper reports:
Jeff Putnam has had really good luck the past few days with Stripers on the lower American River. Sounds like they are spread out through the river and taking flies. He landed a 15#er recently and had larger follow his fly. He heard others were having luck recently too.
Heard that the Stripers were still on top at New Hogan Reservoir. They are usually best during the warm months like July, August and September.
I also heard there were some Stripers on top in the Delta already. The Delta would be good because you could have Stripers and LMB on the same day.
