I just looked at the 10 day weather forecast for the Sacramento area.
Looks like we will be in the 70s and 80s for the next week or so.
This is fishing weather so try to get out there.
From now into November we should have great fly fishing conditions so try to plan a good trip.
Many will be going north for Steelhead.
Many larger trout streams and fly fishing lakes will be good in October.
For years the Fall trout fishing was a secret but now ore seem to have caught on to it.
That doesn't mean you will see anyone out there with you because there are so many places to fish now.
We loose a big part of our fly fishing community to hunting so that helps too.
Kids are back in school.
We are headed to the lower Klamath River for our big Fall trip on Sept 23.
Try to get a 3 day or even week long trip planned for October.
