Local Striper commandos Andy Guibord and Morie Hatch both reported having good luck with Stripers lately while floating the lower American.
Andy said you could fish the entire length of the river now. Andy's client boated an 11 pounder on Wednesday upriver.
Morie said they have landed some over 20 pounds this summer and had a giant on recently right up to the boat and lost it.
