Simms wading socks

Has anyone used these when wet wading? Thinking about getting them but wondered if they are worth it as opposed to wearing wool socks.

I wear the simms guard socks when I wet wade. I like the gravel guard so rocks and other things dont get into my boots. Also they are approximately the same thickness as my waders, so my boots fit right.

I also use those with my wading boots when wet wading.
Definitely worth the investment. I've had the same pair for years with no problems.
