Little help?

hi all,
I am comming into town for just one day and was wondering, if you had a short day to fish in a boat, would you float the American (shad)? if so from where to where? or float the Yuba from the bridge down? Keep in mind I need to be off the water between 1 and 2pm.

Hi Jon,.... Assuming that you'll be in a drift boat and that you'll be here during the next 7 days, I'd vote for the American River between Sailor Bar and Goethe Park. If the river remains at current flows. Good variety of water and fish (Shad/Stripers). Also, provides the most amount of time on the water. 8) 8) 8)
