Try to get out early and fish till noon or go out at 4pm and fish till dark in this warm weather.
There are exceptions to this idea where someone will "hammer them" mid-day now but it is not the norm.
Someone told me that the best time of day to fly fish was when it was the most comfortable for us.
Winter as it warms in the afternoons.
Mid-summer in the early morning, late evening or even at night when it is cooler.
