Good article in this month's fly fisherman mag about UV cure epoxies.
Seems to be a new vendor on the market with epoxy in syringes. Anyone try this Tuffleye stuff? It sounds from the article that even Bob Popovics is using this stuff. Also was good to see finally some good UV lamps although the Loon's lamp could use some shielding which the Wet a Hook one has.
I'm still stuck with waiting for the coastal fog to burn off so I can cure.
Finally its sunny and have 2 dozen razzlers curing on the patio.
Corbina should be in any day now as the water warms up. Wahoo!

Guess I should have used a Y instead of a W. lol.
Went out this morning. Loads of crab beds but the santa ana winds are up early making it too hard to sight cast.
The waters are bath warm though which bodes well in combination with crabs and structure. If the winds die down, maybe some groups will start tailing.
Are you back from Baja or getting ready to head out? If its the latter, good luck out there man. Was hoping to go myself this year, but the wife opted for Kauai. Maybe this will be the year I finally nab a bone out there.

Getting close now. I'm due down there on June 2nd (....with Tony B., in tow). Can't wait. I've been reading Jay's posts and putting everything together between Black Bass fishin'. 8) 8) 8)

Hope you get lots a Bones in Kuaui.... :D :D :D
