I'm still fairly new to the Sacto area and could use some advice for a day trip--particularly in light of current run off conditions :?:
My parents are coming up from San Diego for a visit this weekend and I'd like to get my dad into a trout or two on Saturday. While not yet decrepit, he's not up to any long hikes or extreme wading. :(
While we'd both prefer to fish dries to rising fish in flowing water, :evil: trolling woolly buggers from our float tubes is also a nice way to spend the day.
Any suggestions? :)
