Cameron Park

Fished Cameron Park tonight for a few hours. Caught a couple large mouth bass about 12 inches, all on a poper. Used a float tube and casted into the shoreline and stripped back. Tried some other methods (leeches, wolly buggers, etc.) but the popers worked best. They seemed to have been lurking in the shallow waters.

He's starting to loose it a little. I'm going to work on that this summer. I didn't bring him out this time because I hadn't been to Cameron Park yet, this was my first time.

I may take you up on that offer this summer, I'm looking for a spot for a short vacation! :)
