Time for bass ??

Is it time for Small Mouth ?
I remember fly fishing fishing for Small mouth in April off Mormon Island at folsom lake. We always fished off the points . Here in Utah Cody and I used our Kayaks to get a couple Small mouth and Wipers ( hybrid of white bass and a striper). They were in around 10' water. We used a white ZONKER . :shock: :shock:
