In the last Oregon legislative session, many senators & representatives were uninformed about river rights. Several bills made progress that would have stripped the people of Oregon of very very old rights. And we found, most legislators didn’t know about these rights, understand the importance to the people and economy of Oregon.

Just think about it, all the boat builders, the small towns where folks launch, the tourism economy all depend on our great river rights. So, we’re working hard in the interim, to educate legislators, candidates, and the public about their rights.

We didn’t give up our beaches, we won’t give up our rivers!
