If you truly want to experience some outstanding dry fly opportunities you can't beat those that are presented to you while fishing out of Rainbow Lodge, BC. The week that we have reserved this summer is one of the three best weeks to experience dry fly fishing. You can fish a different river or stream each of the five full days of your stay. The Upper Dean, Fawnee Creek, The Blackwater, Hunlen Creek, the Ildisouko River to name some. This doesn't include the twenty plus lakes if you want to mix it up. Flying out in a float plane in the morning after breakfast to a remote destination in search of eagar rainbows or coastal cutthroats. Watching the plane take off leaving you in complete solitude in an outstanding setting is a great experience, arriving back at the meeting spot watching your plane land to pick you up after a great day on the water to take you back to warm shower, great food, and fun stories. Each day a new experience awaits you. The dry flies are large, size 6 sofa pillows, size 10 caddis, size 6 madam X's, size 10 parachute adams, etc. Yes, you can also use smaller flies if you wish, your production will probably decrase but, how many fish do you really need to catch? 40 fish days are very common, rainbow's mostly between 12 -18 inches, same with the coastal cutts on Hunlen creek. The cost is only $1995 which includes for room, meals, 2 fly outs, two trips to the Uppper Dean, round trip air fare from Vancouver to Anaheim. You just need to get to and from Vancouver. Ask Bill, Marilyn, or email me at middleforkoutfitters@hotmail.com or Richard at info@rainbowlodgebc.com
This is an outstanding value for your money and fly fishing experience. Arriving July 19th returning on July 25th. Give it a thought! David Armocido
