Wanda has salt water schools on the Gulf Coast.

Wanda Taylor will be at our shop from 11:00am till 3:00pm on Saturday, March 11th with Bob Spacey, our TFO Representative, with lots of new TFO rods that you can cast. Come by to meet her and see what you can learn about her salt water world. This is not a school but a free event.

Wanda Taylor is a fly fishing instructor with over twenty year’s experience. She specializes in working with groups such as women, young people and couples. Her strong communication skills, leadership qualities, and sense of humor encourages people to exceed their expectations in the art of fly-fishing.

She was the first woman Orvis Endorsed guide in the southeast and the first Woman certified as a Master Certified Casting Instructor by the International Federation of Fly Fishers. She is a contributing editor for Fly Fish America and contributing author of, “Guide to Fly Fishing Favorite Waters,” featured in the Orvis Catalog. She has been seen on TBS, ESPN II Walker Cay Chronicles with Flip Pallot and the CBS Early Show.

Most recently Wanda is the feature guide in an inshore fly fishing video in Laguna Madre, TX guiding for redfish and seatrout titled, "Coastal Fly Fishing with Ken Hanley & Friends." Wanda was awarded by the Southeastern Federation of Fly Fishers the 2005 Woman of the Year award.

Great fly fisher person, and she is good looking! I need a girl like that. If she has a house on the coast, and a couple of boats, even better.
