If you haven't already made a bid you should check out the two Striperfest Plates on Ebay item #7209588893 "The California Masters", and #7209592933 "Delta Favorites".
Funds from these plates go to saving the delta and the striped bass population that relies on it, and, I believe it is a tax deductable donation.
If the guy standing on the boat looks vaguely familiar take a guess. Dan and I had been fishing the south end of Franks Tract most of the afternoon each in our own boats. As one or the other of us would hook up we'd alternate taking pictures of each other. Another great day on the Delta,
