I think it's one of those battery operated singing fish mounts, only this one does a duet with itself

A few weeks ago a guy brought that same exact fish(or a fish with the same condition) into our shop and left it for everybody to see. We kept it for a few days and then threw it out.

I think he said he caught it at Little Grass Valley Lake. Fish & Game didn't think it was that unusual as abnormalities like this happen frequently.
