No fishing in the AM with a crisp 26 degrees with plenty of white frost. Rogue flow is 2,270 cfs and water temperature is 42 degrees. Mid-afternoon went behind the house & caught & released this bright 24" wild winter steelhead on an Otis Bug. Ideal winter steelhead conditions.
