Went back of the house in the AM and got ZIP. Went wade fishing late this afternoon and caught & released this 18" wild fish.

Then a couple casts later caught & released this clean looking 24" wild fish. Both on my top fly - an Otis Bug.

If you don't mind me asking what's an Otis Bug? Mybe you could post a picture of the fly. Or, the recipe to tie one.

Keep the pictures coming, it's alway great to see the monster Steelhead you land. Must be tough fishing right from your backyard!

Thanks

If you don't mind me asking what's an Otis Bug?

It's just an Ugly Bug tied with New Age chenille instead of regular chenille. They're named after Otis Swisher.

Here's a link showing a few of the many variations.
