Testing the time stamp: I have 11:41PM PST now. Lets see what the time stamp is. My guess is the server is in another time zone.

Gregg. I am showing the time of your post to be 1 hour later than the time you stated. Not sure if its something in my personal settings.

In my profile here, I have GMT -8 to indicate the Pacific Time Zone. I checked this and changed it to -7 and the time on the message board changed as a result too, so I'd check your profile on your account and see if the TIMEZONE is set for GMT -8.

I wonder if I've been an hour off all during Daylight Savings Time then? Hard to say, but I guess I never noticed one way or the other.

CLOCK??????

What's that?????? For those of us old guys who are fortunate to be retired don't usually go by a clock. Or maybe I should rephrase that statement------ I usually don't go by the clock. When the sun comes up, it's time to get out of bed (unless it's too cold) and when the sun goes down and the dog starts barking for dinner, it must be around 6pm. As for dates and days, I can't even remember that. Except for Fridays I usually get a call from a friend of mine with whom I worked with in Monterey who now lives a few blocks from me. Friday is SUSHI DAY.

Just thought I'd add this message

Oh, That was a diabolical post, Jay  clocks are still a centerpoint of my life. I have a good sense of what time it is without one, but that doesnt quite cut it when talking about showing up to work on time and Dr. appointments and such

What made me take notice of the clock on this board is I noticed people were starting to post in the future. I heard the theme song to the twilight zone in my head everytime I logged on!

My clock was not set at the right time zone here on the BB in my profile.

Cool thing is that when I changed it, it change it on all my old posts too.

Also if you ad a profile picture now it will go back and put it on all preivious posts.

Pretty cool...............
