To make a long story short. I bent a Galvin spool by droping it. It started to bind on the frame, so off to the Galvin shop I go. Meet Marcus Galvin in the parking lot, He took a look at the reel and said you got a bent spool, Do you have a few minutes. Come on in a tour the shop (very impressive what a small operation can turn out.) A few minutes later he appeared with a brand new spool. Said sorry can't replace the backing we dont stock it. I said hay that fine what do I owe you? The reply was nothing. Its covered by the warrenty. What I buy another Galvin, you bet. It was a pleasure dealing with them.
