Lower Yuba

Hey,
I am planning to try the Lower Yuba from the Hwy 20 bridge to Sycamore Ranch next weekend.

Has anybody floated the river at these flows in a pontoon or kayak? I'm planning to take my inflatable kayak.

How has the fishing been?

Hi Mark,

October is the favorite month for local drift boat guide Keith Kaneko.

Look for some salmon spawning and use a nymph/egg imitation combo behind them.

The weather in October is always great for fishing too.
