Found: digital camera

On August 4th I found a digital camera in a dry bag at the Posse Ground put-in on the Lower Sac. The camera is in fine shape, and the owner's picture is among those on the memory disk. The owner can contact me to claim his camera.

There is a service on the internet (www.return2me.com I think) where you can register your item through a seperate serial number and affix it by a sticker. If it is lost, the finder can simply punch up the number online and get contact info for the owner... We use it for everything, as I am especially prone to loosing small valuable electronic devices (cell phones, cameras, iPODS, etc...) As long as we have honest and good people like Bill around, the service would work great. Let's just hope there are a few more out there... (people like Bill, that is, not lost digital cameras...)
