Thanks David,

5 days in a drift boat on the Missouri (retirement gift) below Holter dam with Brian Scott who is the best oarsman I have every seen. He contracts to Montana river outfitters (excellent outfitter) out of Wolf Creek Montana.

Nymphing was silly easy but we went to the dark side each day to get on the board early and calm the nerves for the trico fishing. Trico’s were on good in the am before the wind started. Cadis produced fair fishing all day. A bit early for the hoppers but we did get some of the biggest browns out of ridiculously shallow water on hoppers.

Fish (browns, rainbows and whitefish) ranged between 16-22 inches with at least two potential 23-25 inch browns broke (5x) off. We probably landed around 15-20 fish a day but we are not serious about counting unless we are betting for who buys dinner.

Yea like David says, welcome aboard and what's the story? Those don't look like all the same fish, streamers, nymphs, give us the scoop!

Looks like you had a great time no matter what you got them on 8)

Robert, did you research the river's ecological stability before fishing? :D

Did you even take into consideration the long lasting physcological trauma you inflicted on those poor trout? :D

Oh yeah that stuff doesn't matter as much no you're retarded :P , oops I mean RETIRED :!:

Figured I had better give my Dad credit for catching a few fish before he gives me any more grief. He did actually catch the biggest fish of the trip, and that was after he insisted on fishing from the back of the boat all week.....lucky bastard!
