Just fished a small creek for brookies on sat. what a great cure for the valley heat. got rained on just enough cool down.caught brookies hand over fist.gotta love them fish, very cooperative.caught 'em on dries mostly but right before dark i lost one on a tree and put on a b.h. prince just for kicks. Man o Man, i thought it was fast before, they would come across the creek to wack at it. if they missed they would come back and wack again until they got it.sometimes 2 or 3 would race for it. walked back out in the dark and camped by the car, now i think i can deal with life again. :P :P :P ed
