American River Shad.

My boys and I fished for Shad for a couple hrs Saturday.

We fished the upper Sunrise area.

Most of the people fishing in boats were into more fish that

those wading.

We did not get on the water until 8 am.

We hooked one each in the first 15 min.

It was a little tough wading with the flows as high as they are.

We still had a great time and it was nice to get out side and spend some time together.
