Lower American = 12,000 -way too high
Lower Yuba = 5,000 - way too high
Lower Feather = 2,600 - not too bad above mouth of Yuba
Lower Sacramento = 16,000 - not too bad till you get downstream and ad more tribs.
Try mountain lakes for trout and Valley lakes/ponds for bass/panfish
