yucatan offshore for "cheap" ??

Hi Folks,

We are going this week to ascension bay. after that we are hanging around the area (probably Tulum) for another week or so. Does anyone know of any pangeros etc. that will go offshore for sails, tuna, dorado? All i can find are cruisers that want a minimum of $600. No can do........
Things seem a little "different" there than in Baja.
