American this morning

Well I should have went back to the Yuba. Was hoping to run into a couple of 1/2 pounders but I didn't. Fished the Gristmill area from 8:00 - 11:00 and pretty sure I didn't get bit. I forgot nymphing takes a little more out of the shoulder than throwing dries. Better start getting back into nymphing shape until the caddis start arriving in bunches. That's all for now.

You're right, the gym would help. I've been doing 12oz curls but it doesn't seem to strengthen the right muscles. :lol: Maybe I just need to fish more! You going to the shop tomorrow?
