Well, our very own, dear David Lee took my two boys and I out to the TRULY sweetest (and I do mean sweeeeetest) little pond today for some warmwater flyfishing. I think the highlight for the boys, though, was when we picked David up at his house and he presented each of my boys with boxes full of all-different flies for the trip (and for them to keep!!!) -- when I unloaded the car at home, it was the first thing they asked for -- THANKS(!!!) David, that was REALLY cool of you! 8) :D Here is a picture of said sweetest water:

All in all, it was a GRAND time! The pond was just LOADED with fish and it was the perfect place to take two boys with their fly rods. And David was GREAT with the boys, they really got a kick out of him. (I think they thought he was one of their own, ha) :D David really took a lot of time out to take them around the pond, coach them on what to look for and what to look out for, and provide them hands-on instruction on how to get into fish. THANKS SO MUCH David, can't wait to do it again! :D :D :D
p.s. I took a photo of David with a really nice golden shiner but no matter how I've tried, I can't get the picture to come out big enough to really see. (I even tried it at 1.5 megs!) I suspect it was because I held the camera vertically, who knows. . . . :? :( :( :(
