With trout season now in sight I’m bringing this one back to the top. I’ve got four of these left…an 8’ 5-6wt 2 pc on the Signature Series blank, two 7’ 4-5wts 2pc on SS blanks, and one 3pc Perfomance Ply 8’6” 5-6wt. Still at $200 on these.
Additionally, I’ve had a number of the NOS Performance Ply blanks I acquired built out with all original Powell components. I have 8’6” 4-5wt and 9’ 3-4wts available. They come with a tube and sock and are priced at $400.
Also, the previously unknown lot of graphite blanks from the Powell shop. These blanks were rolled on Walt’s Kantnor blank mandrels and so are slower action graphite. Very sweet NOS blanks. I’m having these custom built by Livingston Rod Co. in Bozeman with all original Powell components. Some really special blanks here. Please let me know if you’d like to order a rod. Many of the blanks are two tip rods and there are some really sweet rarely seen Powell models like a 9’6” and 10’ 4-5wt. All are 2pc. I’ll get some photos of the cosmetics (an homage to classic Powell of course) once I have a few done. One tip rods are $650 and a two tip rod is $750. Please get in touch if interested.
