This is not a long term solution to river health and dam removal, but an interesting way people are helping fish around obstacles in the short term.

That's an interesting interim solution to getting fish around obstacles upstream. But, will it work for down streamers (or am I missing something)?? :confused:

Removing the dams increases the natural flow of rocks and gravel to create the right size rock for spawning naturally.

In an undammed river, the rocks are always moving and in a dammed river they are like a cobblestone road.
