"I have an 8' TPL, fiberglass tri hull from the 70's. It is 4' wide @ 100 lbs and will fit in a full size pickup. It is very stable, I've stood in it to fish when by myself. The hull is sound, but has star checks on the gel coat and some gouging along the centerline. It was registered up til December, but I let it lapse as I haven't used it in years.

Asking $375. Located in Rocklin. If interested, text me @ 916-435-5910...Vern"

This pram also fits inside the back of a Chevy Suburban.

TP&L prams were mostly sold through fly shops in the 1970s and on.

One night a load of 8 TP&L 8' prams on a big trailer showed up at my shop and everyone came to pick theirs up.

Around Sacramento, many of us transitioned from round float tubes to prams in one year.

With a pram, we could stand to see and cast, set up more outfits, and have food and drink and maybe your dog.

Best of all, you could relieve yourself without having to go to the shore line.
I had 4 TPL prams at one time. Why did I have so many, I got a good deal on three of them. I had a 55lb thrust 36" shaft along with a Honda 2HP 4 stroke
Been thinking about getting another one but not sure if I can lift one, now. Plus I don't think it would fit in the bed of my Toyota Tacoma
How far is Rocklin from Sac.

Rocklin is just up Hwy 80 below Auburn.

I use that same 55# thrust tiller electric motor, oars or an Evinrude 2 stroke 4hp tiller outboard.

Lots of good memories
