Per my PG & E fisheries biologist buddy, who has this as one of his projects, there is a lot of ground to cover before Potter Valley is approved. One of the big projects here is creating an “approved” diversion of water over to the Russian. This aspect is not even in the drawing stages, let alone approval stage, as of yet.
