Beautiful fish. Ocean fish really are incredible. I caught the hogfish once when I was there. I also caught the burrito grunt which is kind of a funny name. Lots of crazy fish in the sea. Thanks for posting.

Thank you for the comment. I got tired of the hero shots and didn't take pics for many years. I am trying to get back to the 'What a Wonderful World' shots.

That is a nice sunrise. Looks like an early morning launch on a calm sea. That is a time for great optimism about the day. You can’t ask for much more out of life than an early morning launch on a calm sea.

I feel like nobody on the internet wants to see me holding a fish and I don’t really want to see that either so I usually try to show the fish or the fish in the setting I caught it in. Somehow I try to tell the story of the trip with about five pictures and a short paragraph. Making a post also helps me think about the day and I usually come away feeling good about it even if it was not much of a day.
