I wonder when they will start the projects?

I read in the Davis Fly Fishers newsletter that FERC asked for more information which was submitted in June. Seems like FERC is doing all they can to delay the project. Construction could start next year. If they delay it long enough the cost will go up and the budget will be inadequate. It is hard to be at the mercy of a board of Federal appointees.

Some good money coming the Klamath's way. I was disappointed at first when I saw funds for a hatchery. But it doesn't look like it will be for salmonids but for the sucker fish.....

FERC issued the final EIS today for removing the lower four mainstem Klamath dams, and is recommending that the FERC license be surrendered and the project decommissioned!
