Hawkins Creek road

Forest Service reports that they are starting the repair of Hawkins Creek road (Ash Camp access on the McCloud).
All access to Ash Camp will be closed (including walk-in) while repairs are underway.
Does not matter that much right now since river is so off-color, but repairs are expected to take until early 2023, so Ash Camp may not be accessible in the fall - early winter this year.

I had heard they were going to start repairs this year. Hopefully things will go smoothly and the repairs will be done by next year. Really miss fish in that place.
