I am posting this thread for a friend.

Pristine classic Old Town Otca Canoe (17 feet) from 1917.

Serial Number: 51229.
Built in 1917 and refurbished in 1937 and again in 1997 to 1915 Old Town specifications.
All receipts and original records in hand.
Shipped to California in 1997 and has been used lightly by the same family since then.

It has an Auburn Stripe over khaki canvas with the original owners' monogram WHG on the bow.
Features include: open Aspen Spruce gunwales with 20 inch Birch decks and low coaming. Further,
Cedar planking ribs, 3 caned seats and original brass screws and hardware.
Modern extras: two polyproline support seats that hook over the canoe seat bottoms for better
comfort while paddling, a rug runner for the interior, two modern wooden paddles and a trolley for
transport to the water.

You will turn heads when paddling this classic Old Town Canoe which is over 100 years old.
It would make a perfect museum piece or a decoration for a restaurant.

This is by far one of the most unusual boats to be posted here.

It needs to be at Bass Pro / Cabelas, in a museum, in a special restaurant?
