Sage 7 wt, 10 foot factory build. This classic is in excellent condition and includes sock and rod tube. Rod tube is scratched but also in good condition with no dents or problems. Very nice single hander for swinging for steelhead or larger trout or indicator fishing.

Thanks, Bill. The SP series was made by Sage from 1993 to 2001. They are medium to medium fast action rods. Some folks consider the SP series to rank up there with the LL and XP rods in terms of fishing quality.

I started fly fishing with fiberglass fly rods in the 1960s so I prefer the little slower, softer actions in the graphite fly rods.

I sold Sage rods sense their beginnings.

Before that I sold Fenwick fishing rods.
